Modern Acre Studio is a 5-star-rated custom luxury architecture studio founded by licensed architect “Abdullah” Maksym Gerasimov. We design one-of-a-kind homes — stunning, site-specific compositions where form and function are inseparable.

Licensed by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners (License #31455). Structural and MEP engineering are fully coordinated through the studio’s trusted consulting engineers — one team, one vision, one coordinated set of documents.
