Modern Acre Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through modernacrestudio.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our Start a Project form or contact us by email or phone, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, project location and ZIP code, and the details of your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the Site is used and how it performs. These tools are cookie-free and collect aggregated, anonymized data such as pages visited, referring site, browser type, device type, and country. They do not track you across other websites and do not collect personal identifiers.
Session analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity records anonymized playback of page interactions — scrolling, clicks, and navigation — together with heatmaps of where visitors look and click. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so Clarity never receives what you enter. We use this only to find and fix usability problems on our own pages. Microsoft may use the data as described in its privacy statement.
Advertising and conversion measurement.Pages you reach through our online advertising (for example, our consultation landing page) use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure how our ads perform. These services set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and actions taken. If you submit the consultation form, we also send Google an irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address — never the plaintext — so Google can match your inquiry to the ad you clicked. This “enhanced conversions” data is used only to measure our own advertising, not to identify you to third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads only to measure the performance of our own advertising, as described above — not for third-party advertising. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
How Your Information Is Stored and Shared
Inquiry submissions are stored in our secure database and delivered to us by email. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Site — hosting and analytics (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), transactional email (Resend), advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads, which receive anonymized usage data and, for consultation-form submissions, a hashed email address), and session analytics (Microsoft Clarity, which receives masked interaction data only). Each processes your information only to provide its service to us. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve your project and maintain our business records. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@modernacrestudio.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Links to Other Sites
The Site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
Changes to This Policy
