We recently completed a 1,800 sq. ft. spa/salon interior build-out in Houston, providing architectural and MEP services for permitting. The project came with challenges, including inconsistent building drawings, design changes, and no mechanical chases for utilities. Our solution involved creative routing of over 150 feet of copper piping to keep the design functional and code-compliant. Despite delays, our detailed plans were approved without revisions, saving the builder valuable time.
